Eric Guajardo will represent South Texas at the state tournament in Dallas in February. The winners there will qualify for the U.S. Championship in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in March.

Eric Guajardo who is the 2010 National Junior Olympic Champion defeated Salvador Belmontes of Corpus Christi, Texas to win the 2011 South Texas LBC Championship.
